If you start choking and you're alone: save your life in just one second

Choking is one of the most frightening situations that can happen to someone, especially if you are alone. Here are the steps you can take right away to save yourself:
1️⃣ Bend and Use Your Own Weight
  • Bend forward with your upper body so that your head is lower than your chest.
  • Give yourself five powerful strokes between your shoulder blades with the heel of your hand. This can help to push the object out of your airways.
2️⃣ Use the Abdominal Bumps Method (Heimlich maneuver):
  • Place your hands just above your belly button (under the rib cage).
  • Make a fist and use your other hand to forcefully push in and up. This creates pressure in your belly that can squeeze the object out of your airways.
  • Repeat until the object comes loose.
3️⃣ Try to Cough:
